An Idea of prices

We have complied a very basic idea of prices to give you an idea of cost. Theses prices are very general & cannot in anyway be guaranteed until we have seen the area you require tiling. Every project is completely different so a personal quote is essential to give an accurate price & advice if required. We usually supply tile adhesive & grout and the prices you see here reflect that. If you wish to supply your own materials we can obviously tailor your quote accordingly. These prices do not include tiles.

* We will always arrange a quotation time that is suitable to you & turn up at the time arranged. * We include free door bars for floors & beading for windows. * We can issue insurance quotes in writing at a charge, which will be refunded if you chose us to complete your fitting. * All of our work is guaranteed & if you experience any concerns with your fitting please raise them with the team whilst on site and they will be happy to address them

* Discount on tiles with our preferred suppliers once a working agreement is in place.

Tips - What do you need to ensure a top quality installation?

To ensure you receive the very best, on time fitting here are some tips to consider:

* Book Your Quotation in advance & if the quotation is suitable, book an installation date as soon as you can.

* The Area to be tiled should be as flat as possible. We can tile on most surfaces however, the flatter the area the better the look.

* Any appliances should be disconnected & moved if you wish to tile underneath them. We can only tile the area that is physically accessible to us. We are unable to tile under plumbed in bathroom suites or under fitted kitchen units. If you wish to remove them we will be happy to tile them otherwise such areas will be tiled around.

* Ensure you have purchased enough tiles to complete the installation. Re-visiting to complete a job may incur additional charges.

* Floor grouting is usually light grey in colour & wall grouting is usually white, if you would prefer a different colour please specify at the quoting stage.
